Payment

All payment is due at the time of service.  Please contact the office for current out of pocket rates.  We accept credit card, cash and check.  The initial new patient fee will include the exam as well as treatment on the first visit. 

INSURANCE

When you arrive in our office we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we can call your insurance company before your next visit and verify your chiropractic benefits.  If you wish to utilize your insurance for chiropractic care in our office we will estimate your copay and deductible based on the conversation we have with them about your benefits.  We accept most insurance including but not limited to:

As a service to our patients we do all insurance billing in-house so that you will not need to make any claims submissions yourself.  We have dedicated staff personnel trained for the sole purpose of handling your insurance claims and navigating the insurance system for you.
