If the body heals itself, why do we get sick? Because how well our body regenerates is based on the degree of optimal function within our body.
Our nervous system is an enormous part of our function, and making sure its in good shape contributes enormously to our body’s ability to regenerate. Accurate and unobstructed connection between our perception and our environment is called having clear senses, and a major part of that is our orientation in space, or proprioception.
The spine contains the largest density of proprioceptors compared to anywhere else in the body. Adjusting the spine actually clears the senses from inaccurate information generated from misalignments in the spine and improves our regenerative ability.
